Stats Fact of the Week: Week of May 13, 2019
NFPA will begin collecting 2018 hydraulic and pneumatic sales figures from manufacturer members next week for the Customer Market Survey (CMS), a valuable resource for manufacturer members looking for a more complete information source about fluid power customer markets. Specifically, survey results help participants properly interpret the segmentation of hydraulic and pneumatic sales by customer market, which in turn gives them a clearer view of the industry and of their customers.
Great care is taken to maintain confidentiality of individual company data, so we have partnered with The Dieringer Research Group, an independent market research firm, to conduct the survey and data aggregation. We encourage all of our manufacturer members to participate since the survey results are only available to those members who contribute data to the survey.

These results supply a segmentation snapshot of our industry’s sales to our most popular customer markets in both dollar and percentage formats.
