Please follow this link to watch a 4-minute video we premiered a few weeks ago at the 2015 NFPA Annual Conference in San Diego. Through the generous support of our many donors, our Foundation has been doing some amazing work in helping our industry meet its pressing workforce development needs. The video will quickly show you the impact of our focus in our four key areas of activity:

  • Engaging students at middle and high schools in fluid power education.
  • Developing new fluid power teaching laboratories and resources at 2-year colleges and 4-year universities.
  • Supporting pre-competitive fluid power research initiatives that build academic infrastructure and connect talented graduate students to our industry.
  • Fostering on-going forums between educators and industry so productive partnerships can be developed.

There is certainly more work to be done, but we have made some impressive progress in all these areas.

If you want to help us continue this momentum, you can make a tax-deductible gift here.
