Members Encouraged to Attend Industry/University Engagement Summit for Fluid Power Research

The Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power (CCEFP) invites you to the Industry/University Engagement Summit at Iowa State University, June 6 – 8, 2016, to meet one-on-one with faculty and students and network with colleagues in the industry.

The summit is one of two per year that the Industry Engagement Committee (IEC) of the CCEFP holds at a participating university to review progress on CCEFP research projects and to interact directly with the students performing the research. The committee is part of the industry oversight structure that NFPA’s Education and Technology Foundation’s Pascal Society has helped put in place to make sure that the research strategy and projects conducted by the CCEFP serve the long-term needs of the fluid power industry.

NFPA members, current supporters, education partners, and anyone interested in getting involved in the activities of the The Pascal Society are welcome to attend. Hotel cut-off is May 20, 2016. Call Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ames at 515-232-2300 to make your reservation.

Full program and registration information can be found at: https://nfpahub.com/events/ccefp-industry-university-engagement-summit/.
