Every two years, we conduct an online member satisfaction survey, with the survey sent to the official, marketing and technical contacts at member companies. The survey results are used by staff in reviewing the value and effectiveness of various services and by the NFPA Board of Directors to assess the extent to which members agree with the association’s strategic direction.
While the survey isn’t short, the questions are generally quick checkbox-type, and it doesn’t take much time to complete. There are also some opportunities to add comments, and we often find the written comments very informative, filling knowledge gaps that can’t be anticipated in creation of the survey.
The survey is administered by the same third party that helps keep our Confidential Shipment Statistics data confidential. As with that program, Board and staff only see aggregated information.
Please watch for the survey on your email over the next week or two, and take a few minutes to complete the survey. We take your responses seriously and do use the information to help deliver valued services into the future.
