PULSCO officially relocated its corporate headquarters last month. The company offices moved to the Carnegie Business Park in Santa Ana, California from its previous location in nearby Irvine.
MW Industries, a supplier of springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts, and other precision components that serve a number of industries, recently announced its acquisition of USA Fastener Group. The acquired company manufactures various fasteners and other precision machined parts that are complementary to MW Industries’ existing business base. Read the full press release here.
Texas Hydraulics, a Texas-based manufacturer of custom-designed hydraulic cylinders, swivels, and related components, was recently acquired by Chicago-based private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital, LLC. Read more about the acquisition here. The acquisition has meant a few changes for the company, including new leadership as of last month. Bob Alexander has replaced Pat Gerard and is now Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO. He has over 30 years of manufacturing leadership experience at a number of companies.
