Member News: Montanhydraulik Acquires HYCO North America

HYCO North America, a supplier of custom hydraulic cylinders, is comprised of manufacturing facilities in St. Wenceslas (Montreal), Canada and Arab, Alabama in the US. Its single and double acting rod and telescopic cylinders are used in waste and industrial equipment, mobile cranes, oil & gas, and material handling applications. Montanhydraulik’s existing portfolio includes special-purpose hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems for commercial vehicles, mobile cranes, agricultural and construction machines, forklift trucks, utility vehicles, and industrial equipment. This acquisition further strengthens Montanhydraulik’s reach in the North American market for custom hydraulic systems & cylinder products and services. Read the full release here.
