MICO, Incorporated, a manufacturer of electrohydraulic and hydraulic components, has been acquired by WABCO, a supplier of pneumatic braking systems. According to WABCO President, Americas, Jon Morrison, MICO’s existing array of products that serve the agriculture, construction, and mining industries will be a key component in WABCO’s plan to grow its off-highway business.
