IMI Precision E
ngineering announced Ryan Schroeder as the new President for the America’s Region last month. Schroeder brings an extensive background in the motion and fluid control technologies industry, which most recently included being the general manager of the Hydraulic Valve Division for Parker Hannifin. He will be based at the Americas Headquarters in Colorado. Read the full press release here.
Wolfgang Dangel has officially taken over as the President and CEO of Sun Hydraulics as of April 1. The Stuttgart, Germany native began his career in South Africa at a crane and parts manufacturer. He has held a number of positions in the fluid power industry across the globe, including in Asia, the United States, Europe, and Africa. The former member of the NFPA Board of Directors has been a member of the Sun Hydraulics Board of Directors since 2009. He became Vice Chairman of Sun’s Board in December 2012 and was approached about the CEO position in 2014. April 1 was also the end of former CEO Al Carlson’s executive career with Sun.
