Member News: Expansions at Lynch Fluid Controls and SMC Corporation of America

NFPA member news is designed to inform members of key industry updates in quick, bite-sized posts that provide only the most important information. This week’s updates come from Lynch Fluid Controls Inc. and SMC Corporation of America.

lynchLynch Fluid Controls Inc. announced in its September newsletter its new location in Buffalo, New York. The new location will help extend the Canadian company’s footprint while providing better service for its customers buying hydraulic components and accessories.


smcSMC Corporation of America announced two new sales office locations last month — one in Des Moines, Iowa and another in Albany, New York. The Des Moines office will serve Iowa and Nebraska, an area previously covered by the Minneapolis location. The new office will have sales and administrative staff ready to help customers in all industries, particularly agriculture, electronics, heavy vehicles, and food & packaging. The Albany office will serve the Capital District and surrounding areas in New York State. The new office will include training space as well as a product show room. Staff will serve all industries, but particularly semiconductor, life sciences, machine tool, food & packaging, and pulp & paper. Read more about the new Albany office here.
