NFPA member news is designed to inform members of key industry updates in quick, bite-sized posts that provide only the most important information. This week’s updates come from Donaldson Company and Quaker Chemical Corporation.
A few changes went into effect on the Donaldson Company Board of Directors last month. Bill Cook, the Executive Chairman of the Board, retired from both the Board and the company after being part of the Donaldson team for 35 years. Jeff Noodle, who had until April 1 been the Lead Director of the Board, has become the non-Executive Chairman of the Board. He has been on the Board for over 16 years and is the longest-serving Director of the Board. Read the full press release here.
Two Board of Director retirements will go into effect at the annual meeting of shareholders at Quaker Chemical Corporation. Patricia C. Barron will retire after 27 years of service, and Joseph B. Anderson, Jr. will retire following 24 years of service. Both have reached the mandatory Board member retirement age. The company also recently brought on two new Board members, Fay West and William H. Osborne, who have experience in global finance and operations, accounting, and management in the steel and automotive industries. Read the full press release here.
