Member News: Acquisition Updates at Epicor and Donaldson

NFPA member news is designed to inform members of key industry updates in quick, bite-sized posts that provide only the most important information. This week’s updates come from Epicor Software Corporation and Donaldson Company, Inc.

epicorlogoEpicor Software Corporation announced earlier this month the completion of its acquisition by global investment firm KKR. The acquisition completion brought about some changes to the executive team: Joe Cowan will continue as President and CEO of Epicor. Kathy Crusco has the expanded role of Chief Operating Officer while retaining her existing responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Celia Fleischaker has an expanded role as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. Himanshu Palsule will take on the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President. Read more here.

Donaldson logoDonaldson Company, Inc. announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of business assets from Colombia’s Partmo, S.A. through its new wholly owned subsidiary, Filtros Partmo, S.A.S. Partmo is a leading brand of replacement filters in the region. The acquisition is part of a greater company expansion within Latin America. Read more here.
