fpirc15Hotel reservations are now be accepted by the Radisson Blu in downtown Chicago for the next Fluid Power Innovation and Research Conference (FPIRC), October 14-16, 2015.

FPIRC, co-sponsored by NFPA and the Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power, is the premier conference for fluid power industry and academic research in North America. It connects industry to university resources and talent through technical sessions, networking opportunities, laboratory tours, and panel discussions on the technologies and workforce skills needed to continue growing the fluid power industry.

To make your hotel reservations, call the Radisson Blu at (800) 333-3333, and ask for the $259 group rate reserved for ASME. Since FPIRC is being held in conjunction with the biennial ASME/Bath Symposium on Fluid Power & Motion Control (also at the Radisson Blu, October 12-14, 2015), one room block has been reserved for both conferences. Those planning to attend both the ASME/Bath conference and FPIRC 2015 should plan to arrive on Sunday, October 11 (events planned to begin at 6:00 PM that day) and to depart on Friday, October 16 (events planned to conclude at 12:00 noon that day).

Those planning to attend just FPIRC 2015 should plan to arrive on Wednesday, October 14 (events planned to begin at 12:00 noon that day) and to depart on Friday, October 16 (events planned to conclude at 12:00 noon that day).
