Join Us for a Discussion on University Fluid Power Curriculum

The NFPA would like to invite you to join our Fall University Workforce Engagement Group meeting on Friday, October 11th from 9:00 – 10:00 am Central Time. This group is designed to bring together the faculty from our Power Partner Universities as well as NFPA industry representatives for collaboration and engagement on a variety of topics.

Power Partner Universities:

  • Cleveland State University
  • Iowa State University
  • Milwaukee School of Engineering
  • Murray State University
  • North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
  • Northern Illinois University
  • Purdue University

The purpose for this upcoming meeting will be to discuss the addition of competencies related to general electrics/electronics, control systems, and data acquisition that industry experts have identified as competencies that many fluid power professionals need today. Before finalizing and sharing these competencies with universities, we aim to gather feedback from both our education and industry partners.
