IEOC Update: NFPA Golf Tournament & Welcome Reception MOVED to New Venue

Attention All NFPA IEOC Foundation Invitational Golf Tournament & Welcome Reception Participants!

Glenview Park Golf ClubDue to heavy rains in July causing the Des Plaines River to swell to flood stage, Chevy Chase Country Club (the original site of the Monday, August 14 NFPA events) was overwhelmed and has closed for the entire month of August. However, we have found a NEW home for both the NFPA Foundation Invitational Tournament and IEOC Welcome Reception.

The beautiful Glenview Park Golf Club will host our Monday, August 14 pre-IEOC events, including the Golf Tournament and Welcome Reception. The Glenview Park Golf Club, 800 Shermer Road, Glenview, Illinois, is 15 minutes from the Westin Chicago North Shore and has a beautiful new patio, café, private event space, and completely renovated 18 hole course.

Because of this change in venues, we have arranged for extra bus transportation. We will offer dedicated motor coach transportation with one bus departing the Westin at 11:00 am for golfers and another departing the Westin at 4:00 pm for the Welcome Reception. Return buses will depart the Welcome Reception and return to the Westin beginning at 6:30 pm.

If you have any questions about these changes or events, contact Leslie Miller at or (414) 778-3369

Expect great food & drink, great people, and great fun! See you on August 14!
