Register for the Webinar Meet the Speakers Jim Kaas grew up in the family business of fluid power distribution. While in high school, Jim designed and built pneumatic circuits with hundreds of air logic valves, assembled hydraulic systems and built test stands. He witnessed first-hand in the 1980s the need for fluid power engineers to be experts in electronics and programming. Jim studied Electrical Engineering at University of Iowa while at the same time creating industry-leading engineering and manufacturing capabilities at Iowa Fluid Power. He is President and owner of Iowa Fluid Power and its sister companies with distribution and engineering facilities from Minnesota through Texas and a private jet charter business in his hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jim is married with two children and is an avid boater and bicyclist. John Stenz served in the US Army, drove an over-the-road semi-truck across the USA, and received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering before joining FORCE America, Inc. in 1994. John has held various roles in operations, sales, and manufacturing before taking his current role as CEO in October of 2014. John was appointed Chairman of Employee Owned FORCE America, Inc. in 2016. John has been married to Michelle for more than 30 years and is the proud father of two daughters. John is a native of Wisconsin and currently resides in Hudson, Wisconsin.
