Evaluate Your Performance with NFPA’s Customer Market Survey

NFPA is collecting 2014 hydraulic and pneumatic sales figures from manufacturer members in a continued effort to create a more complete information source about fluid power customer markets. NFPA’s Customer Market Survey (CMS) results will allow participants to properly interpret the segmentation of total fluid power sales by customer market.

This annual survey’s results allow participants to view hydraulic and pneumatic industry sales by customer market in both a dollar and percentage format. Great care is taken to maintain confidentiality of individual company data as we have partnered with The Dieringer Research Group, an independent market research firm, to conduct the survey and data aggregation. It is in our manufacturer members’ best interest to participate since the survey results are only available to those members who contribute data to the survey.

“Measuring industry sales by customer market is a critical piece of industry intelligence that allows us to understand the role each customer segment plays in the marketplace and even identify emerging markets to investigate. And with NFPA’s new survey format it’s never been easier to participate.”
—Tricia Fulton, Sun Hydraulics Corp.

The deadline to complete this survey is Tuesday, June 16th. The person most familiar with your company’s sales
of fluid power products should be asked to complete this online survey and can have a survey link and information
sent directly to them by contacting Eric Armstrong, (414) 778-3372.

We appreciate the time and effort our members devote to the completion of this survey. The entire industry will benefit as a result.
