The NFPA 2015 IEOC Golf Tournament, held August 10, was the most successful ever raising $11,000 for the NFPA Education and Technology Foundation programs. And we couldn’t have done it without our sponsors and golfers. Whether it was the dueling beverage cart sponsors—Alro Steel & Central Steel & Wire—or the new sponsorships—golf balls sponsored by Swiss Automation and new box lunch sponsor—Hydreco—you all added to the great atmosphere of the event. In addition to those companies listed above, we want to give special shout-outs to Skill Prize Hole sponsors: Dura-Bar, Flodraulic Group & Precision Associates. Hole-in-One Prize sponsor OEM Controls. Hole Sponsors: Deltrol Fluid Products, Fluid Power World (three holes), Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Master Pneumatic-Detroit, MFP Seals, Mosey’s Production Machinists, Niagara LaSalle, Sil-Pro Machining, TCI Precision, and World Wide Fittings.
And, golfers! We had over 100 intrepid golfers on the course whose participation helped put us over the top for this year’s dollar amount raised. For more information about the NFPA Education and Technology Foundation programs and other ways to support its mission go to www.nfpafoundation.org
