NFPA Members Invited to June 1 FPIC Seminar

Fluid Power Industrial Consortium (FPIC)
June 1, 2018
Argonne National Laboratory
Argonne, IL

Learn more about advanced hydraulic fluids at the June 1 MSOE Fluid Power Industrial Consortium (FPIC) seminar at the Argonne National Laboratory. Registration for the event is due May 17, and tours of the facility will follow the presentations and lunch.

The speakers for this seminar are:

  • Paul Michael, Research Chemist | MSOE Fluid Power Institute
  • Betsy Butke, Technology Manager Industrial Products | Lubrizol Additives
  • George Fenske, Aaron Greco, and Ali Erdemir | Argonne National Laboratory

A preliminary information packet including registration and hotel information is available here. A full schedule will be available at a later date.

All NFPA members are able to attend the seminar for free, but members of NFPA’s Roadmap Committee, who assist us in maintaining the NFPA Technology Roadmap, are especially encouraged to participate. FPIC seminar topics provide the ideal opportunity to stay abreast of the technological advancements that will influence the direction of our roadmap.

As a quarterly series of half-day seminars on the latest fluid power technology advances with immediate implementation, FPIC events are designed to provide a platform for fluid power OEMs, manufacturers, SMEs, and distributors to network, problem solve, and access cutting edge technology. NFPA is a supporting partner of FPIC, which means NFPA member companies are exempt from the annual FPIC membership fee and are able to participate freely in the quarterly seminars.

Register today for the June 1 seminar.
