Cross Company recently announced its acquisition of J.A. King, a precision measurement and calibration company. The acquisition is expected to help expand the service and calibration capabilities for the company. J.A. King’s CEO, John King, will immediately become Cross Company’s president and will become CEO after Steve Earley retires on December 31, 2018. J.A. King will become the sixth division of Cross Company and will remain a stand-alone brand. Its operations will continue to be headquartered in North Carolina.
