The NFPA Future Leaders Network took advantage of the recent NFPA Industry and Economic Outlook Conference to come together for two exclusive networking and education opportunities. First, participants filled the room for a special lunch program featuring Chris Schuppe, Engineering Integration Leader for GE Additive. Chris shared how GE is actively using additive applications for their aerospace engines and multiple other programs with lots of questions and good discussion. Then, at the conclusion of the IEOC program, Bosch Rexroth Corporation’s Electric Drives and Controls facility opened its doors to the Future Leaders Network for a special facility tour that included the Rexroth 14.0 Technology Center with demonstrations of plant connectivity and open core engineering.
NFPA’s Future Leader’s Network offers unique ways for members under 45 years of age and are currently or on the path to leadership roles in their company to form connections and develop their leadership skills. More exclusive Future Leader Network activities will be planned in connection with the NFPA 2018 Annual Conference, scheduled for February 20-22 at the Four Seasons at Disney in Orlando, Florida.
